What we collect

• Quote form: your name, phone number, and — if you choose to give them — email, ZIP code, floor size and a description of the work.
• Phone calls: if your call is not answered live, you can leave a voicemail. Voicemail is recorded and transcribed so your message can be passed on; a spoken notice tells you this before the tone, and hanging up means nothing is recorded. Live conversations are not recorded.
• Photos you text us: used only to assess your floors and prepare your quote.

Why we collect it, and who sees it

One purpose: responding to your enquiry and getting your floor work quoted and done. To do that, your enquiry is shared with the local flooring professional who would carry out the work. Calls to our number are connected to that professional.

Our service providers process this data on our behalf: form and email delivery, call routing and voicemail, and website hosting. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing lists.

Your choices

• You can request a quote by phone instead of the form, or the other way around.
• You can decline voicemail recording by hanging up and using the form instead.
• To have your details corrected or deleted, call (410) 469-1529 or submit the contact form with your request, and we will action it.
